療效:清肺熱、解燥熱、益氣養血、健脾補腎
適合:任何體質人士
菜乾含豐富粗纖維和多種維他命,促進腸壁蠕動,有助便便暢通、清肺熱燥熱、通利腸胃,紓緩咽喉腫痛;但性質偏涼,故加入章魚可以互取平衡,而章魚入肝和腎經,能養血。
南北杏止咳平喘;無花果乾紓喉滋養健脾;栗子養胃健脾和補腎強筋,栗子殼能生津理氣,化痰止咳,建議使用「連殻栗子」或「半殼栗子」煲湯,於街市攤檔可以買到。
湯包材料:菜乾、章魚、美國無花果乾、南北杏、蜜棗
自備材料:瘦豬肉1斤、栗子半磅
份量:每包一煲,約5-6碗
製法
1)豬肉汆水,撈起洗淨備用。
2)菜乾浸暖水2小時,水喉下沖走沙粒。
3)章魚浸暖水2小時,留意洗淨吸管部位。
4)栗子、無花果乾、南北杏、蜜棗洗淨。
5)凍水(約3公升)落齊料蓋上,大火滾起30分鐘,轉中細火煲1.5小時。
※湯包無需加鹽加糖,真正天然營養味道。

Pork Soup with Dried Bok Choy and Octopus
Packed ingredients: Dried Bok Choy, Dried octopus, Dried figs, Sweet and bitter almonds, Candied dates
Self-prepared ingredients: Lean pork meat 600g, Chestnuts 225g
makes 5-6 bowls
Method
1. Blanch pork in boiling water. Drain and rinse well.
2. Soak dried Bok Choy in warm water for 2 hours. Rinse until a running tap to remove the sand.
3. Soak dried octopus in water for 2 hours. Rinse well, especially the suckers.
4. Rinse chestnuts, dried figs, almonds and candied dates.
5. Put all ingredients into a soup pot. Add 3 litres of cold water. Cover the lid and bring to the boil over high heat. Boil for 30 minutes. Turn to medium-low heat. Boil for 1.5 hours. Serve.
※Suggest not to put any salt or sugar to enjoy the natural flavour.
