簡介
療效:補氣益血、健脾益肺、固本強身、溫和滋補
適合:任何體質人士用以強身健體,提升抵抗力;特別適合男女老少氣虛體弱者,以及女性作經後調理
古人對黨參概括:「健脾運而不燥,潤肺而不反寒涼,滋胃而不涼,養血而不燥,既滋補又養血。」黨參補氣活血、健脾益肺;北芪補氣升陽、利水去腫;兩者性質溫和不燥,適合大部份體質人士作平常滋補氣血、固本強身之用。
蟲草花補肝益腎,健脾養肺;配合淮山、蓮子及紅棗,最適合氣虛體弱、氣血不足的男女,用以強身健體。
湯包材料:黨參、北芪、蟲草花、乾淮山、開邊蓮子、紅棗、蜜棗
自備材料:瘦豬肉1斤
份量:每包一煲,約5-6碗
製法
1)豬肉汆水,撈起洗淨備用。
2)黨參暖水浸10分鐘,刷洗沙泥,剪段。
3)乾淮山、蓮子浸熱水1小時,沖洗。
4)北芪、蟲草花、蜜棗沖洗。
5)紅棗洗淨去核。
6)凍水(約3公升)落齊料蓋上,大火滾起30分鐘,轉中細火煲1.5小時。
※湯包無需加鹽加糖,真正天然營養味道。

Pork Soup with Dang Shen, Beiqi and Cordyceps flowers
Packed ingredients: Dang Shen (Codonopsis pilosula), Beiqi (Radix Astragali), Cordyceps flowers, Huai Shan (dried yam) , Lotus seeds, Red dates, Candied dates
Self-prepared ingredients: Lean pork meat 600g
makes 5-6 bowls
Method
1. Blanch pork in boiling water. Drain and rinse well.
2. Soak Dang Shen in warm water for 10 minutes. Brush it with a toothbrush. Cut into short lengths.
3. Soak Huai Shan and lotus seeds in hot water for 1 hour and rinse.
4. Rinse Beiqi, cordyceps flowers and candied dates.
5. Rinse and de-seed red dates.
6. Put all ingredients into a soup pot. Add 3 litres of cold water. Cover the lid and bring to the boil over high heat. Boil for 30 minutes. Turn to medium-low heat. Boil for 1.5 hours. Serve.
※Suggest not to put any salt or sugar to enjoy the natural flavour.
